What you will select

The quote will identify paper, dimensions, orientation, palette, any frame and quantity. Print dimensions are not necessarily frame dimensions. Room scenes are visualizations, not proof of manufacturing, exact colour or scale.

Maps and measurements retain their sources and limitations. These decorative works are not for navigation or safety.

Personalization

Check the place, title, dedication, size and frame. A custom design needs production-proof approval before manufacture. A design request is not an order or payment.

Before payment

You will be able to accept, reject or correct the proposal. A complete quote may constitute an offer under applicable law; an estimate label removes no mandatory rights. Price and mandatory charges must be clear before acceptance. An accepted order will not be unilaterally repriced.

If enabled, payment will use hosted Stripe Checkout; we will not receive card numbers. Returning to the website does not prove payment. An accepted order will receive a retainable, printable contract containing specifications, totals, seller details, date and accepted terms. In Quebec, it must be transmitted within 15 days of conclusion.

In Quebec, for ordinary goods sold at a distance, payment before delivery may only be collected by credit card. A transfer or debit-funded card is not enough. The permitted funding method must be confirmed before activation.

Fulfillment and remedies

We will remain your seller and contact. No substitution of size, frame or design without your agreement. Your remedy does not depend on the supplier reimbursing us.

Our commitment

Lunorive commits 10% of its annual profits to charitable donations. The basis is the positive annual profits of Lunorive activity, after documented costs, refunds and ordinary operating expenses, before income tax and before this contribution. This is a company commitment, with no customer rebate or donation added to your order. You are not asked to choose a charity or make an additional payment. The programme is in preparation; no completed donation, partnership or guaranteed environmental outcome is claimed. The method, committed amounts and remittance records will be presented as the programme actually progresses. Company donations do not entitle the customer to a donation receipt.

Artwork rights

We reserve rights in our original contributions to the extent we hold them. Buying a print grants no reproduction rights in those contributions. Licences for credited data, photographs and other elements, public-domain status and statutory exceptions remain applicable. We do not claim exclusive rights over open data.

Free wallpapers

The downloadable wallpapers have their own sources and licences shown on their page. Photos offered under CC0 may be copied and reused under that status; they are not subject to a blanket download ban. Third-party, trademark or personality rights may still apply.

Your rights

Mandatory protections, legal guarantees and applicable remedies prevail over these terms, including for a personalized print. No blanket liability waiver, mandatory arbitration or foreign court imposed on Quebec consumers. Website languages do not establish compliance in every country. New terms will not reduce the rights of an already accepted order.
